FAQ

  • Our boat holds up to 7 guests total (including the captain). It’s cozy, fun, and built for good vibes—perfect for small groups, families, or friend crews.

  • Every charter includes a US Coast Guard–certified captain, all sports equipment, wetsuits and lifejackets, Bluetooth sound system, fuel, and a ride to some of Tahoe’s best hidden gems.

  • We have a designated pick up spot at the Blackwood Canyon Public Pier located on the west shore, across from Kaspian Recreation Area (coordinates will be sent during booking). Street parking is available. If you require a different pick up location it will depend on availability, water conditions, and may require an extra fee.

  • Easy—just call or text 925-303-5211, or fill out the form on our Contact Page. We’ll help you pick a time, talk through what you’re looking for, and get everything set up.

    A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your reservation.

  • There isn’t a bathroom onboard. We recommend using the public outhouses before departure. (We also keep our routes close to convenient stop spots just in case.)

  • Yes! Whether it’s a birthday, bachelorette, anniversary, or just a golden-hour hang, we’ll help you plan something special.

  • Sunscreen, swimsuits, towels, a hat or sunglasses, and any personal snacks or beverages. We’ll handle the rest.

  • We ask that you please leave pets at home. While we love animals, dogs aren’t allowed on board as they can cause delays and may also lead to wear on the interior. To keep everything running smoothly and maintain the boat in top condition, we’ve made the boat pet-free.

  • Fishing gear, including rods and tackle, is not permitted on the boat. This helps prevent accidental damage to the interior and ensures a safe, clean space for everyone to enjoy.

  • You can book for 2, 4, or 6 hours—or more if you want to go big. We offer multi-hour discounts, and we’re happy to help you pick the right length based on your plans.

  • Definitely. You’re welcome to bring your own drinks, snacks, and whatever else you’d like to enjoy out on the water. We rent coolers for $25 to keep your snacks and drinks ice cold!

  • Absolutely! Beginners are welcome. Our captain is a pro at getting people up on the board—no pressure, just fun.

  • We get it—plans change. Here’s how cancellations work:

    • Free cancellation up to 5 days before your charter.

    • Cancellations made within 5 days are subject to a 50% fee.

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

    If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund—your call. We want your Lake Tahoe day to be safe and awesome, no exceptions.
